Moses once again reminds the Children of Israel of the sins of their predecessor: the golden calf, Korach’s rebellion and the multiple times they had angered God. Following this with the recalling of the manna, the bread from heaven which fed the children of Israel as they wandered through the wilderness, Moses tells this generation that it had been a lesson for Israel, that they were sustained not by “bread alone” but by the Word of God (as quoted by Yeshua later in Scripture). Moses tells them of the bounty of the land, the ‘seven kinds’ of produce that is abundant there, reinforcing the need for the artefacts of pagan idolatry to be torn down and destroyed. He warns them against self-righteousness, telling them that they are blessed with the victory over the land because of the wickedness of the nations currently occupying it and not because of their own righteousness. Shalom Brothers and sisters! And many blessings to you!! Yahuah told us His Calendar in Lev 23, Rev, Danial, and all throughout scripture. And now Yahuah told us the true start of the year/spring with the April 8 th eclipse sign. 4/8 is the CORECT first day of spring and from 4/8 one year to 4/8 the next year is 364 days which is a sidereal/star yearly cycle and Yahuahs 360 days + 4 seasonal marker days added by Noah and approved by Yahuah. The whole Bible screams 360 day years because that is Yahuahs Sabbaths of Feasts… it is NOT a civil/business calendar like everyone is trying to make it be. It is 1-364 count of days. It is only 364 days long so as to fit within the civil/business/solar yearly calendar. Abib 1 is the first Wednesday on/after 4/8 every year as that is when the luminaries were made per His Word. No sighting of any moon phase or equinox shadow is necessary nor any phone calls/trumpets/fires/special equipment….Yahuahs Ways are way easy. Also, following any man made doctrine from across the ocean or in the next town is not necessary as Yahuah teaches us. Yahuahs Calendar is based on all three luminaries per Gen 1:14 which is a deep dive so He made it easy with marking the first day of spring- 4/8. What a loving, merciful Father! 4/8 date of spring is all that is needed as long as the civil time keeping solar calendar dates are not reformed again by the Catholic Church like it was in 1582. We are only told to “guard” the month of Abib-not all 12 months like the lunar calendar does. Yahuah actually forbids His People from using the luminaries for His Feasts per Deut 4:19 as those were given to the nations for worship. He considers it idolatry and false worship. Find the first day of spring on the solar/civil calendar…it never changes after. Sighting any luminary sign is not functional and is arbitrary depending on your time and location which means no one would be on the same calendar across the world. That’s what we have now and it is chaos. Yahuahs ways are so easy even my child can understand it!!! All praises to The Most High for restoring His Sabbath Covenant and telling us His True Calendar!

This year I am thinking more and more on the wilderness journey. The wilderness or desert 🏜️ is stripped of all resources and purposefully puts us in a place of dependence to our Father. How quickly does the flesh want to go back to what was comfortable and to do so on our own accord. Back to our “meat pots”, resources, place of comfort and self reliance Vs. dependence on the Good and Great Shepherd Elohim. Leaning on our own understanding. Self preservation trying to save self. Being Wise in our own eyes. Vs Proverbs 3 and leaning on Him! But it was never really the enemy or giants in the land that took down Israel. I’m realizing more and more how much it was rebellion that brought about the destruction in themselves and an entire generation. The adversary cunningly getting Israel to curse themselves through the temptation of the flesh. Help us Father to rule over the Flesh. To resist temptation and continue our Walk by Faith to the end. His laws of love as we said this week are for our good! “to keep the commandments of Yahweh and his statutes that I am commanding you today for your own good.” Deuteronomy 10:13 In the scriptures and even this weeks portion you will notice it says You Shall circumcise your hearts. However, the language will change in time to to “I Shall”. ❤️🔥 ““See, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when I shall make a renewed covenant with the house of Yisra’ĕl and with the house of Yehuḏah, not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I strengthened their hand to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares יהוה. “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.” Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 31:31-33 TS2009 Elohim is Good! Writing His Torah upon our hearts. Providing His Helper the Ruach Ha Kodesh to give us the power to obey and cause us to walk in His loving commandments. To produce fruit and the power of the Spirit. ““And I shall give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I shall give you a heart of flesh, and put My Spirit within you. And I shall cause you to walk in My laws and guard My right-rulings and shall do them.” Yehezqĕl (Ezekiel) 36:26-27 TS2009

Faith: Our response, through grace, to how Father Yah (YHWH) guides us each day; listening for Father's voice and believing his promises, living each day according to his instruction. Grace: unmerited capability (free gift) to have intimacy with Father Yah, hearing his voice, through the death and resurrection of Father Yah's only begotten sinless son (Messiah). Messiah also imparts to man the courage and strength to turn away from man's own wilful sins. James 2:21-24 Was not Abraham justified by his works, when he brought his son as an offering on the altar? And by this, you yourself are able to see that the faith worked with his works - and by the works, the faith was made complete. And by this, the Torah (instruction) was fulfilled - which is said, "And Abraham believed in Father Yah, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness." And now you are able to see that man is justified (saved) by the works, and not only by the faith. (Hebrew Gospels)

It’s not meant to be circular. It’s meant to be a spiral ever upwards.
